Analysis of a New Soft-Switched Step-Up Trans-Inverse DC/DC Converter Based on Three-Winding Coupled-Inductor

This article introduces a new nonisolated full soft-switching step-up dc/dc converter based on single-ended primary inductor (SEPIC) structure. The proposed topology utilizes three-winding coupled-inductor (TWCI) to increase the voltage gain, but unlike other coupled-inductor-based converters, its gain is increased by reducing magnetic turns ratio. Moreover, secondary and tertiary ratios of TWCI can be used as an additional design freedom extend which indicates more flexibility. Due continuous input current, for many types renewable energy sources. Also, leakage from has further been recycled transferred output with help regenerative passive clamp circuit. performance, no switching losses at turn- on instant power switch reverse recycling diodes. Furthermore, use small number components along performance offer high efficiency. Steady-state analysis considerations are discussed thoroughly. Finally, 200-W prototype 200 V provided verify theoretical analysis.
